Auto Drop is a technology-driven logistics solutions provider headquartered in Ohio, USA. We specialize in auto transport, freight dispatching, load coordination, and digital logistics services. Our role is to serve as a trusted intermediary and facilitator—helping owner-operators, fleet managers, dealerships, brokers, and shippers (“Customers”) connect with properly licensed and authorized transportation and logistics professionals (“Service Providers”). Auto Drop does not directly operate trucks or transport vehicles. Instead, we leverage our extensive partner network, advanced technology, and logistics expertise to simplify dispatching, streamline paperwork, and maximize efficiency for all stakeholders. Definitions For clarity, the following terms will apply throughout these Terms: Auto Drop / Company: Refers to Auto Drop LLC, a subsidiary of Go Truck 360 LLC, including its affiliates and subsidiaries. Service Provider: A third-party carrier, broker, auto transport company, or logistics service provider properly licensed by the FMCSA, DOT, or other governing authorities, responsible for physically executing transportation or logistics operations. Customer: Any individual, dealership, fleet owner, business, or entity (including authorized agents and representatives) who engages Auto Drop’s services. Order: A Customer’s request to Auto Drop to arrange freight, auto transport, or logistics support. Order Confirmation: A written or electronic acknowledgment issued by Auto Drop outlining services, timelines, pricing, and applicable terms. Logistics Services: Dispatching, freight coordination, auto hauling, vehicle shipping, digital fleet management, back-office support, compliance solutions, and other advisory or facilitation services provided by Auto Drop. 3. Our Services Auto Drop delivers a comprehensive suite of logistics and auto transport solutions designed to simplify complex freight challenges: A. Freight Dispatching & Load Coordination Connecting independent truckers, small fleets, and auto transporters with high-paying, pre-vetted loads. Negotiating competitive rates on behalf of Customers. Handling load booking, broker communication, and essential documentation. B. Auto Transport & Vehicle Shipping Facilitating door-to-door and expedited vehicle shipping nationwide. Offering both open carrier and enclosed carrier options, depending on vehicle type, budget, and protection needs. Serving individuals, dealerships, online car buyers, and relocation clients. C. Digital Logistics & Fleet Optimization Providing real-time GPS tracking and route optimization tools. Ensuring ELD compliance, reporting, and telematics integration. Offering data-driven insights to minimize downtime and maximize fleet performance. D. Back-Office & Compliance Solutions Supporting carriers and fleets with billing, invoicing, and collections. Managing FMCSA & DOT filings, IFTA reporting, and permits. Assisting with agreements, broker-carrier contracts, and compliance documentation. 4. Customer Responsibilities By using our Service, Customers agree to: Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding shipments, loads, vehicles, and any special requirements. Review all Order Confirmations carefully; changes requested after confirmation may result in additional charges. Comply with pickup and delivery instructions provided by Service Providers. Ensure that documents, permits, or special instructions submitted to Auto Drop are correct and complete. Understand that Auto Drop facilitates logistics but does not assume liability for delays, damages, or failures caused by Service Providers, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. 5. Payment Policy A. Payment Responsibility Customers are responsible for paying fees outlined in the Order Confirmation. All fees become non-refundable once a Service Provider is assigned, except where otherwise specified. B. Reservation Fees Some services require a reservation fee to confirm bookings. Reservation fees are refundable only if the Customer cancels before assignment of a Service Provider. Once a Service Provider is confirmed, the reservation fee becomes non-refundable. C. Payment Methods Auto Drop accepts payments through approved electronic platforms, merchant gateways, or other authorized methods. Overdue payments may accrue interest at 1.5% per month. Customers are responsible for any legal or collection fees associated with unpaid balances. 6. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellation requests must be sent via email to sales@autodrop.online . Before Service Provider Assignment: Full refund of reservation fees. After Assignment but Before Dispatch: Partial refund may be available, depending on the Order Confirmation terms. After Dispatch or In-Transit: No cancellations permitted; full fees remain due. 7. Limitation of Liability Auto Drop acts solely as a logistics facilitator and intermediary. We do not own or operate transport vehicles. Our liability for any claim related to our Service will not exceed the total fees paid by the Customer for the specific Order. Auto Drop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, delays, or damages caused by Service Providers, accidents, or unforeseen events. 8. Dispute Resolution Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising under these Terms or from the use of Auto Drop’s services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). By using the Service, you waive the right to a jury trial or participation in a class-action lawsuit. 9. Governing Law & Amendments These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and applicable federal laws of the United States. Auto Drop reserves the right to modify these Terms or its Services at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance. If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, represent the entire agreement between Auto Drop (and its parent Go Truck 360) and the Customer. 10.
